Job summary

Galen College of Nursing is seeking a Clinical Learning Manager to lead day-to-day clinical education operations for nursing students. You will support the Director of Clinical Learning in ensuring quality delivery across multiple programs.

You will oversee data collection, compliance, and collaboration with faculty, site partners, and campus leadership to optimize student learning experiences and outcomes.

Qualifications

• MSN in progress with at least 2 years in clinical education.
• Understanding of nursing education objectives and clinical practice.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day clinical education operations.
• Support negotiation and evaluation of clinical experiences with campus leadership.
• Assist with faculty and student orientation to clinical experiences and compliance.
• Implement college-wide initiatives and curriculum updates under guidance of DCL.
• Manage clinical affiliation agreements and regulatory compliance.
