Job summary

Galen College of Nursing is seeking a Director of Clinical Learning to operationalize clinical experiences and lead placement, orientation, and evaluation across nursing programs. You will support faculty in delivering the standardized curriculum and ensure alignment with curriculum outcomes and Galen's mission.

Qualifications

• MSN with nursing background and RN license.
• Three years of clinical education experience.
• Academic leadership and certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical experience evaluation findings to improve student outcomes.
• Lead committee meetings and campus leadership collaboration.
• Hire and develop faculty and staff per college standards.
• Ensure faculty are prepared and adhere to scholarly, evidence-based practices.
• Manage clinical affiliation agreements and regulatory compliance.
