Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN licensure required.
• MSN or in progress with two years clinical education experience.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills; excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to interpret learning needs and match to clinical placement experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of clinical education experiences for nursing students.
• Supports faculty with student concerns and faculty evaluations.
• Ensures compliance and quality through clinical site walkthroughs and governance tasks.
• Coordinates with Director of Clinical Learning on curriculum alignment and program initiatives.
• Builds and maintains clinical affiliation agreements to meet regulatory standards.
