Galen College of Nursing in Las Vegas seeks a Clinical Learning Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of nursing clinical education experiences, coordinating logistics, compliance, and quality monitoring under the Director of Clinical Learning.

You will supervise faculty and staff, drive placement partnerships, ensure student readiness, and align course outcomes with clinical site activities across programs.

Qualifications

• MSN in progress with at least two years in clinical education.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong oral and written communication.
• Academic nursing certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collect, organize and report clinical experience data for evaluation and planning.
• Attend campus committee meetings and support governance activities.
• Ensure clinical quality delivery through site walkthroughs with faculty and clinical sites.
• Support faculty in resolving student concerns under DCL oversight.
• Assist with faculty hiring, retention and development in collaboration with the DCL.
• Ensure student orientation to clinical experiences complies with Galen policies and placement requirements.
