Job summary

Seven Counties Services seeks a Learning and Organizational Development professional to lead clinical trainings and workforce development initiatives across sites. You will partner with HR and L&OD to design, implement, and evaluate programs, deliver train-the-trainer sessions, and support instructors for the Training Institute.

• Master’s degree in a social services field.
• Three years of clinical experience required.
• Experience in learning and/or training and facilitation is preferred (design and delivery, leadership development, evaluating training).

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and L&OD to implement and support clinical learning initiatives.
• Develop and review clinical learning programs and instructor evaluation reports.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and support instructors across the Training Institute.
• Deliver training sessions and ensure adherence to organizational values and inclusive culture.
