Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to deliver educational services, supervise orientation activities for new employees, and develop enriching educational opportunities under the supervision of the Chief Learning Officer.

This full‑time position (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm with flexibility) requires a minimum of five years in education or human services, LMS proficiency, training delivery and needs analysis, and the ability to coordinate content, partner with field

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in education or human services.
• Experience coordinating continuing educational programs for large staff.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CLO with development and implementation of staff training.
• Organize orientation programs for new employees in collaboration with HR.
• Design, develop, and measure learning solutions.
• Coordinate conferences, lectures, seminars and workshops.
• Maintain LMS and training records.
• Liaise with affiliate partners to provide learning solutions.
