Job summary

Pillar Care Continuum in East Hanover, NJ seeks a Training Manager to lead organizational learning and workforce development across programs. The role designs, delivers, and evaluates training for onboarding, compliance, leadership, and role-based development to support high-quality services for individuals with disabilities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Learning and Development, IDD experience preferred, and strong LMS, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years in Learning and Development or related area.
• Experience in IDD environment preferred.
• Proven ability to design scalable training and curricula.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training across compliance, onboarding, and leadership.
• Oversee LMS operations, course assignments, and training compliance.
• Lead PCC Learning Academy curriculum and trainer coordination.
• Analyze data and feedback to improve training programs.
