Job summary

MRO is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Institute’s clinical learning delivery and execution, overseeing onboarding and data abstraction training across U.S. and India teams.

You will translate priorities into actionable plans, monitor outcomes, and drive improvements while coaching a team of Clinical Data Trainers. The role demands a proactive leader who can navigate complex programs, balance strategic thinking with execution, and partner cross-functionally to support workforce readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in learning and development or healthcare operations.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex onboarding programs.
• Experience using data and metrics to evaluate performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Institute’s training programs across service lines.
• Ensure training-related processes are executed consistently and effectively.
• Translate organizational priorities into actionable execution plans and training strategies.
• Identify operational risks and drive appropriate action.
• Support new training initiatives, pilots, and program enhancements.
• Monitor training metrics and continuously improve program effectiveness.
• Lead and develop the Clinical Data Trainer team.
• Coordinate with Clinical Services, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development.
