Job summary

Sanitas is a global healthcare organization expanding across the United States. The Clinical Learning Manager will lead training, deployment and implementation programs to ensure clinical staff are proficient in role-specific functions and related services and processes.

The role supports the rollout of new centers and U.S. expansion, develops training content for clinical workflows, coordinates onsite and remote sessions, and mentors trainers while monitoring progress against KPIs.

Qualifications

• Healthcare training experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in the medical field.
• Advanced English is required; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train clinical and medical staff on processes and policies.
• Support deployment of new centers and US expansion.
• Develop training materials and schedules.
• Coordinate onsite training with locations.
• Attend eClinicalWorks workshops and update materials.
• Assist onboarding and training of new employees.
• Monitor KPIs and report training progress.
