Job summary

OrganOx Ltd. seeks a Clinical Training Manager to lead comprehensive educational programs for customers and internal staff at our New Jersey training center. The hybrid role requires in‑office presence in Madison, NJ for several days weekly and involves cross‑functional collaboration to maximize the metra and NMP benefits.

You will develop curricula, deliver live and virtual sessions, mentor teams, and stay current with industry trends to support commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years in medical device training or related fields.
• Engaging trainer with dynamic delivery and excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of clinical and technical training programs.
• Develop curricula and educational initiatives for clinical education.
• Oversee OrganOx Training Center operations and equipment upkeep.
• Mentor Clinical Specialists and Sales teams.
• Create and deliver educational materials, presentations and demos.
• Collaborate with clinical, sales and technical teams to tailor trainings.
• Support customers in maximising metra and NMP benefits.
• Lead clinical updates on weekly training calls.
• Deliver both initial onboarding and ongoing training initiatives.
