Job summary

PHI Health, LLC seeks a Manager of Clinical Systems & Training to lead enterprise clinical education and associated administrative platforms. You will oversee Clinical Academy locations, shape curricula, ensure regulatory compliance, and align training with organizational goals.

The role requires clinical licensure, leadership experience, and a focus on data-driven training improvements. Expect collaboration across departments and travel to PHI sites to uphold standards.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse, paramedic, respiratory therapist or equivalent with current licensure.
• Minimum of three years direct patient care experience; transport experience preferred.
• At least two years of management/leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Prior clinical training and simulation experience is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent writing, speaking, and communication skills; strong analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Academy locations and ensure consistent training delivery.
• Develop and implement initial and recurrent training curricula.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance and audit records.
• Coordinate with departments to align training and technology programs.
• Manage budget and resources for the training department.
• Foster professional development and growth opportunities for clinicians and trainers.
• Oversee clinical technology platforms (LMS, QMS, training systems, publications).
• Drive innovation in clinical education with evidence-based methods.
• Advocate for funding and partnerships to expand training programs.
• Develop and analyze clinical informatics and data visuals to evaluate training impact.
• Lead clinical project management: planning, monitoring, reporting.
• Travel to PHI locations for oversight of training delivery and evaluations.
