Job summary

Neko Health AB is seeking a senior learning designer to lead the development of clinical and operator education. You will shape curriculum strategy, build assets across multiple formats, and create scalable learning experiences that translate deep clinical expertise into actionable training.

You will own the learning asset library, write requirements for virtual practice contexts, and validate that engineering builds teach the intended outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in instructional or learning design with ownership of design decisions
• 4+ years applying adult learning and competency-based design
• 4+ years authoring e-learning, video and written materials with current industry tools
• 3+ years designing assessment with rubrics and observation instruments
• 3+ years collaborating with subject matter experts to convert knowledge into learnable content
• 2+ years writing requirements for a technical team and delivering a working product
• 2+ years working with learning platforms and content packaging, delivery and tracking

Responsibilities

• Design curriculum and programs for every Neko clinical population with observable learning objectives.
• Build learning assets across e-learning, video, job aids and facilitator guides, modular to handle protocol changes.
• Own the asset library, its taxonomy and retirement of assets.
• Define learning requirements for virtual practice environments and validate Engineering outputs.
• Design assessments, rubrics and observation tools for consistent use by two assessors.
• Extract expertise from clinicians and shadow clinical teams to reflect real practice in designs.
• Evaluate impact on practice using assessment and quality data and retire what doesn’t work.
• Administer learning systems and maintain auditable training records for clinicians and operators.
