Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer, Clinical to support high‑quality learning experiences for providers, from onboarding to enablement. You will collaborate with Care Delivery, Medical Affairs, Product, and other teams to launch and update guidelines and trainings.

You will measure the impact of programs, apply adult learning principles, and help shape lifecycle mapping and content strategy in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, or related field.
• 5+ years in instructional design and e-learning development.
• 2–3 years in scaling SaaS or B2C environments.
• Distill large quantities of unstructured information into clear, intuitive learning experiences.
• Strong working knowledge of adult learning best practices and applying them.

Responsibilities

• Design best‑in‑class learning experiences across eLearning, clinical guidelines, documentation, job aids, assessments and knowledge checks.
• Partner with Care Delivery, Medical Affairs, Product, Category, Clinical Quality, and other teams for launches and guideline updates.
• Measure and report on the impact of your work.
• Support the Sr. Instructional Designer on lifecycle mapping, in‑product enablement, content strategy, and proofs‑of‑concept for new learning types.
• Lend capacity to the customer service training team as needed.
