Job summary

Neko Health AB seeks a clinician education leader to drive onboarding across US East Coast clinics, ensuring every clinician completes the global program to standard. You will remain a practicing clinician while building a market and a function that is still taking shape.

You will run onboarding, confirm competency sign-off, and step in when additional support is needed, coordinating with local education partners and the Clinic Lead to maintain high clinical safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted MD, DO, NP, or PA licensure in New York State.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in other East Coast states.
• 5+ years of post-registration clinical practice, including 2+ years in fast-paced settings.
• 3+ years training, onboarding, or mentoring clinicians with competency assessments.
• 3+ years giving direct feedback in difficult conversations.
• 2+ years running concurrent onboarding cohorts.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding cycles for East Coast clinics to meet global standards.
• Track cohorts closely and intervene when progress stalls.
• Hold initial competency sign-off and decide pass/needs more time/offboard.
• Develop local clinician education partners and run regular round tables.
• Address escalations with structured remediation and safety concerns.
• Collaborate with Clinic Lead on openings and plan education capacity.
• Provide evidence to Global Clinician Education Lead and request US-specific adaptations.
