Job summary

Eden Autism Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical initiatives at The Eden School. The BCBA will train and mentor staff, develop Behavior Support Plans, and ensure fidelity to Eden best practices for students ages 3-21.

Responsibilities include data analyses, assessments, and collaboration with IDT/HRC committees. The role also entails providing family support and attending student planning meetings in a dynamic school setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field.
• BCBA certification with no sanctions.
• Minimum two years of experience with students with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for Eden School students (ages 3-21).
• Develop and update Behavior Support Plans with school staff.
• Coordinate data collection, analyses, and visual data representations.
• Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments and related evaluations.
• Provide professional development, coaching, and feedback to staff.
• Attend meetings and provide guidance to families and interdisciplinary teams.
