Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Eden, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations for children on the spectrum. Qualifications

• BCBA licensure or certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children and their families.
• Collaborate with families to establish and maintain a positive treatment environment.
• Conduct autism evaluations and assessments to identify strengths and needs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment progress and outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in ABA.
