Job summary

Divine Steps ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical oversight of autism services under our management team. The role includes supervision of RBTs, development of in-home treatment plans, and ongoing documentation.

The BCBA will provide parent training, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and oversee billing and reporting processes while maintaining high standards of care across treatment settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s or Doctorate in education, psychology, or behavior analysis.
• Experience conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, or FBA.

Responsibilities

• Administers, conducts, evaluates, modifies, and supervises treatment plan implementation.
• Develops individualized goals and objectives for in-home programs based on functional assessment data.
• Oversees RBTs with weekly supervision, at least 25% in person monthly.
• Completes all necessary documentation in a timely manner.
• Provides quality parent training on a monthly basis.
• Ensures billing, notes, and reports are accurate and timely.
• Maintains health and safety standards across settings.
• Oversees technicians and RBTs to ensure consistent care.
