Compass Pathways is seeking a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of our mental health therapy across a defined territory. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, ideally in specialty or complex therapies.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets is a plus.
• Experience with site-of-care dynamics, payer processes, and pre-launch environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of the therapy.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, behavioral health systems, and other stakeholders.
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant education to healthcare providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and assist providers with referral pathways.
• Collaborate with treatment sites to onboard, readiness, and optimize delivery workflows.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics, including scheduling and patient flow.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Operations for coordinated execution.
• Support patient access by understanding reimbursement pathways and resources.
• Gather and communicate field insights to inform brand strategy and launch.
• Manage territory planning, call planning, and performance tracking.
