Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of a novel mental health therapy across certified treatment centers in a defined field territory. You will engage psychiatrists, healthcare providers, and care systems with a clinically grounded, consultative approach.

You will travel up to 70%, collaborate with Medical Affairs and Market Access, and ensure regulatory and patient access alignment while delivering education and support for site onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets is advantageous.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to translate science to providers.
• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Experience launching novel therapies or working in pre-launch environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of Compass Pathways' therapy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and health systems.
• Deliver scientifically accurate product and disease-state education to providers.
• Identify patients and assist providers with selection and referrals.
• Collaborate with treatment sites to optimize onboarding and delivery workflows.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics including scheduling and patient flow.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Operations for coordinated execution.
• Support patient access by understanding reimbursement pathways and payer processes.
• Gather field insights to inform brand strategy and patient journey optimization.
