Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets preferred.
• Understanding of medical reimbursement, pre-authorization, and payer processes.
• Proven ability to launch novel therapies in pre-launch environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of the therapy.
• Develop relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and behavioral health systems.
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant product and disease-state education to providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and support referral pathways.
• Collaborate with sites to support onboarding, readiness, and treatment workflows.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics and patient flow considerations.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Operations.
• Support patient access by understanding reimbursement pathways and provider challenges.
• Gather field insights to inform brand strategy and launch execution.
• Manage territory planning, account prioritization, and performance tracking.
