• Two years of reference lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, train and assess the performance of laboratory staff and personnel.
• Coordinate testing of biological specimens and review testing results.
• Perform preventive maintenance, quality assurance, calibrations, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Ensure supplies and reagents are maintained.
• Participate in process improvement and budgeting discussions.
