Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between clients and the laboratory, ensuring accurate test information, timely results, and a positive patient experience.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, assist with test orders, resolve issues per HIPAA and lab protocols, and document interactions in the CST system while supporting continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Phlebotomy training preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience as a phlebotomist or health care background.
• Excellent customer service and accurate documentation in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and patients regarding lab services and test results.
• Provide accurate information about lab tests, specimen collection, and turnaround times.
• Resolve client issues or escalate to appropriate departments with timely follow-up.
