Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform waived and moderately complex testing per CLIA protocols.
• Operate, maintain, calibrate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Record and evaluate quality control results; implement corrective actions.
• Assist technologists with specimen delivery, loading and archiving.
• Support with blood product handling, thawing and pooling as needed.
• Track specimens and manage sample transport using IT systems.
• Manage department supply ordering and vendor quotes/inventory.
