Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of medical billing (ICD9/CPT) and ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor billing processes and ensure accurate posting of charge data.
• Handle customer billing inquiries and coordinate with technical departments to ensure quality service.
• Provide on-site technical assistance and training to staff in specimen collection and processing.
• Maintain 95% answer/call ratio and ensure timely finalization of results.
• Advocate for customers and communicate test results clearly to appropriate personnel.
