Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master's Degree in Health Informatics preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or clinical practice with exposure to informatics, preferably at the facility level

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with facility clinical teams to implement, configure, and optimize clinical information systems.
• Analyzes facility-specific workflows and clinical processes for system improvements.
• Provides training and guidance to clinical staff on system utilization.
• Troubleshoots facility-related issues with clinical software applications.
• Monitors system performance and gathers user feedback for improvements.
• Participates in system testing, software upgrades, and new feature implementations.
• Ensures compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA).
• Engages with interdisciplinary facility teams to support informatics strategies.
