Warren General Hospital is seeking an Enterprise Applications Analyst (Clinical IT) to support design, implementation, and ongoing management of health information systems across Warren General Hospital and Warren Medical Group. The ideal candidate has an associate degree in IT or healthcare IT, at least five years of EHR experience (MEDITECH preferred), and strong communication

Qualifications

• Associate's or higher degree in IT, healthcare information systems, or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
• Five years of EHR experience implementing and supporting health care clinical systems; MEDITECH experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare information systems, enterprise applications, and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with AI technologies in healthcare, data privacy, security, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT staff, vendors, and end users to implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise applications.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation and procedures to support continuity and user understanding.
• Develop and execute test plans and coordinate user testing for new or updated applications.
