Qualifications

• Degree required: AA or Bachelor's or equivalent.
• No minimum years of experience required.
• Healthcare IT familiarity preferred.

Responsabilités

• Participate in lifecycle management for small/medium applications: implementations, maintenance, upgrades, retirements.
• Analyze and interpret error logs (Windows/App/IIS/Firewall/etc.).
• Apply basic security practices including firewall rules, credentials, TLS/SSL concepts.
• Modify configuration components (.ini/xml files).
• Learn IS&T tools like ServiceNow and Outlook.
• Understand security best practices for servers and file shares.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedules for off-hours support.
• Translate technical terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide first-line support and troubleshooting across teams.
• Review proprietary interface engine messages and HL7 basics.
