Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking an Enterprise Application Analyst III to support and optimize our health IT applications, focusing on Epic Ambulatory workflows and related systems. You will work across clinical, financial, and administrative domains, acting as a liaison between users and IT to ensure reliable operations.

The role requires strong problem solving, configuration, testing, and training skills, with a track record in healthcare IT and Epic certifications.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or vocational program in business, healthcare, or IT; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Epic Ambulatory experience and certification.
• Minimum four years of experience in health IT systems in hospitals or clinics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain application configurations and ensure database integrity for all systems.
• Serve as first point of contact for users with application issues.
• Identify and isolate system, application, and performance issues using data and methodical testing.
• Update master files, profiles, dictionaries, and other DB management files.
• Design, code, test screens, forms, reports, interfaces to meet user needs.
• Assist with project work plans and resource coordination.
