Accel Research Sites is looking for an Intake Specialist/Medical Receptionist to provide excellent customer service and serve as the first point of contact for volunteers. Located in Boston, this role is crucial for maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and involving volunteers in clinical trials.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service or administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and typing (40+ wpm).
• Strong attention to detail and basic math proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for volunteers at the site.
• Provide a pleasant experience by addressing concerns and questions.
• Ensure accurate documentation and financial records in CTMS.
