Qualifications

• Five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience required.
• Clinician background preferred, but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide clinical assessment of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related technology platforms, including ambient documentation tools such as Abridge.
• Define and apply a consistent evaluation framework addressing patient impact, safety, clinical quality, provider experience, workflow adoption, privacy, and regulatory alignment.
• Evaluate business value, including ROI, financial impact, productivity, utilization, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish ongoing monitoring, feedback loops, issue escalation, and continuous process improvement to validate value and identify opportunities for refinement.
