CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise clinical EHR policy development and workflow standardization across care settings. Coordinate clinical operations, Quality & Safety, Epic teams, and enterprise EHR leadership to ensure policy clarity and safe healthcare delivery.

The role emphasizes evaluation of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and tools, with governance and cross-functional collaboration. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

Minimum five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, or healthcare technology assessment experience.
Clinician background is preferred, but not required.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and policy development.

Aufgaben

Lead enterprise-wide clinical assessment of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related technology platforms.
Define and apply a consistent evaluation framework addressing patient impact, safety, quality, and usability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of policy, workflow, audit findings, and technology execution.
Deliver executive-level updates on status, risks, and decisions needed.
Support change initiatives by embedding policies within Epic workflows.
