Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience.
• Clinician is preferred, but not required.
• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and govern enterprise clinical workflow policies across care settings.
• Standardize enterprise workflows and ensure alignment with approved policies and patient safety requirements.
• Lead enterprise AI and Epic technology assessments including ambient documentation tools like Abridge.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders and governance teams to align policy, audit, and technology execution.
• Provide executive reporting on policy status, risks, and decisions; manage stakeholder alignment.
