Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise clinical policy development and workflow standardization across Epic and AI-enabled tools. You will coordinate clinical operations, Quality & Safety, and enterprise leadership to drive policy clarity and safe, compliant adoption.

The role requires five years of clinical informatics or healthcare technology experience. Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment.
• Clinician is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, maintenance, governance, and implementation of enterprise clinical workflow policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policies align with approved workflows and safety requirements.
• Lead enterprise-wide AI and Epic technology assessments and monitor value and outcomes.
• Partner with clinical leaders and governance teams to ensure oversight and accountability.
• Provide executive updates and manage change during policy and workflow adoption.
