CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise clinical policy development and workflow standardization. You will align Epic/EHR configurations with enterprise requirements, drive policy clarity, and coordinate with clinical operations, Quality & Safety, and privacy teams.

You will evaluate AI-enabled Epic capabilities, establish safety and effectiveness frameworks, and monitor outcomes across care settings in a fast-growing IT environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of clinical informatics, enterprise policy, quality & safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards across care settings.
Translate clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into actionable EHR policies.
