Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to shape enterprise clinical policy and lead AI-enabled Epic tooling assessments in a fast-growing health IT environment. You will coordinate CVS Health and vendor resources with clinical operations, Quality & Safety, and enterprise EHR leadership.

You will translate regulatory and clinical requirements into scalable policies, standardize workflows, and monitor adherence across care settings while reporting to executive sponsors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety or healthcare technology assessment experience is required.
• Clinician is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policies reflect approved workflows and patient safety requirements.
• Lead enterprise-wide AI and Epic technology assessments, including ambient documentation tools.
• Define evaluation frameworks for patient impact, safety, quality, and regulatory alignment.
• Provide policy expertise during workflow redesign, implementation and adoption activities.
• Executive-level reporting on status, risks, and decisions; drive stakeholder alignment.
