Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise clinical policy development and standardization for Epic workflows. You will oversee AI-enabled capabilities and ambient tools, coordinating with clinical operations, privacy, compliance and IT to ensure safety and value.

You will drive policy clarity, audit support, and enterprise assessment while partnering with stakeholders to align practice, governance, and technology decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Five years of related clinical informatics or healthcare technology assessment experience required.
• Clinician preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards across care settings.
• Support workflow standardization reflecting approved policies, patient safety, and regulatory needs.
• Lead enterprise-wide AI and Epic technology assessments, including ambient documentation tools.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, privacy, legal, and IT partners to align policy, audit, and technology execution.
• Provide executive reporting, stakeholder engagement, and clear communication on status and risks.
• Support change management to embed policies within Epic workflows.
