Job summary

The role focuses on translating clinical and regulatory requirements into actionable, auditable policies, leading AI tools assessments, and driving changes with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards.
• Translate requirements into clear EHR-enabled policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during policy development and maintenance.
• Support workflow standardization to reflect approved policies and patient safety needs.
• Assess impact of workflow changes on policies and standards; recommend updates.
• Provide policy expertise during workflow redesign, implementation, and adoption.
• Monitor adherence to enterprise policy requirements.
• Lead enterprise AI and Epic technology assessments across the stack.
• Define evaluation framework addressing safety, quality, provider experience, privacy, and regulatory alignment.
• Evaluate ROI, productivity, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish monitoring, feedback loops, issue escalation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align clinical intent with policy, audit, and technology execution.
• Deliver executive updates on status, risks, and decisions.
