Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager in enterprise clinical informatics to lead policy development, workflow standardization, and AI-enabled Epic technology assessments. You will coordinate clinical operations, Quality & Safety, internal audit partners, and enterprise EHR leadership to align policy with practice across care settings.

You will translate clinical and regulatory needs into clear, auditable policies, facilitate cross-functional decisions, and report milestones to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of clinical informatics, enterprise policy, or healthcare technology assessment experience.
• Clinician involvement preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise clinical EHR policy development and maintenance across care settings.
• Support workflow standardization and alignment with enterprise policies and safety requirements.
• Oversee AI and Epic technology assessments, including ambient documentation tools like Abridge.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical operations, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, and IT.
• Provide executive reporting on status, risks, and decisions.
• Guide change management to embed policies in Epic workflows.
