Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior Manager to lead enterprise clinical policy development and workflow standardization within an AI-enabled Epic environment. You will coordinate with clinical operations, Quality & Safety, internal audit, and enterprise EHR leadership to ensure policy clarity and policy-adherent workflows across care settings.

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of related clinical informatics or healthcare technology experience.
• Clinician background preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide policy development and maintenance for clinical workflows and EHR configurations.
• Standardize enterprise workflows in collaboration with clinical, operational, informatics, and Epic stakeholders.
• Assess AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related technologies, including ambient documentation tools.
• Collaborate with governance, privacy, compliance, legal, and security teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Provide executive-level updates on status, risks, and decisions; drive cross-functional alignment.
