Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead policy development and governance for enterprise clinical workflows within an AI-enabled Epic environment. You will coordinate clinical operations, Quality & Safety, and enterprise EHR leadership to standardize policies across care settings.

You will define evaluation frameworks for AI capabilities, measure impact on safety and quality, and partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience is required.
• Clinician is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide clinical assessment of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related technology platforms, including ambient documentation tools such as Abridge.
• Define and apply a consistent evaluation framework addressing patient impact, safety, clinical quality, and provider experience.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders, Quality & Safety, Patient Safety, and Epic analysts to align policy with technology execution.
• Deliver executive-level updates on status, risks, and decisions needed.
