Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise clinical policy, workflow standardization, and AI-enabled Epic technology assessments. You will coordinate clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure policy clarity, audit support, and compliant Epic tool adoption across care settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with regulatory, privacy, and clinical leadership to align workflows with enterprise standards while driving continuous improvement in patient safety and care delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical informatics, enterprise policy, quality & safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide clinical assessment of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related technology platforms (e.g., ambient documentation tools).
• Define evaluation framework addressing patient impact, safety, clinical quality, provider experience, workflow adoption, privacy & security, and regulatory alignment.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders, privacy, compliance, legal, IT, and Epic analysts to align policy, audit, and technology execution.
• Develop executive updates and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive clarity and accountability.
• Support change management to embed policies within Epic workflows and gather stakeholder feedback.
