Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise clinical policy development and workflow standardization across care settings. You will partner with Epic stakeholders to ensure policy alignment with clinical practice and safety requirements, while guiding AI-enabled Epic tool assessments and enterprise technology projects.

You will coordinate with clinical operations, QA, privacy and security teams, manage policy adoption, and report progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience.
• Clinician is preferred, but not required.
• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own policy development, maintenance, governance and implementation for enterprise clinical workflows and standards.
• Translate clinical, operational and regulatory requirements into clear EHR-enabled policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content is accurate and applicable across care settings.
• Partner with clinical, operational, informatics and Epic stakeholders to standardize workflows.
• Assess impact of workflow changes on policies and recommend updates.
• Facilitate alignment to ensure policies reflect approved workflows across care settings.
• Provide policy expertise during workflow redesign, implementation and adoption to align clinical practice with Epic functionality.
• Monitor and evaluate changes to ensure ongoing policy adherence.
• Lead enterprise-wide assessment of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related technology platforms, including ambient documentation tools such as Abridge.
• Define a framework addressing patient impact, safety, quality, adoption and privacy.
• Evaluate ROI, productivity, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish monitoring and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align clinical intent with policy and technology execution.
• Deliver executive-level status updates and foster stakeholder relationships.
• Embed policies within Epic workflows and implement feedback mechanisms.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
