• Own the development, maintenance, governance, and implementation of enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards across care settings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policies reflect approved workflows and patient safety requirements.
• Lead enterprise-wide AI & Epic technology assessments, defining evaluation frameworks for safety, quality, and operational impact.
• Facilitate cross-functional decisions and align policy, audit, and technology execution with clinical practice.
