Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in clinical discipline, IT/informatics, business, education, management, communications, or related field.
• 2 years in a role with primary duties involving a clinical information system in healthcare.
• Experience with EHR systems.
• Experience with benefits and challenges of adult learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application expertise to enhance laboratory information systems.
• Respond to improvement needs in functional operation of laboratory computer systems.
• Document system design and workflow processes for clinical and laboratory management.
• Act as liaison between laboratory stakeholders and system build teams.
• Ensure system design supports standardization, integration, and efficiency while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Share knowledge with team members and collaborate on training materials.
• Perform routine maintenance; assist with tests and releases before production.
