Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Clinical discipline, Information Technology/Informatics, Business, Education, Management, Communications, or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• 2 years in a role with primary duties in a clinical information system within a healthcare setting.
• Experience with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application expertise to enhance laboratory information systems.
• Respond to improvement needs in the functional operation of laboratory computer systems.
• Collaborate and document system design and workflow processes for clinical and laboratory management, staff, and providers.
• Serve as a liaison between laboratory stakeholders and system build teams.
• Provide technical and application expertise to design, analyze, and optimize clinical and laboratory information systems.
• Ensure system design supports standardization, integration and efficiency and complies with policies, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Share knowledge with team members and collaborate with education teams to develop training materials.
• Perform routine maintenance and assist with testing updates and new releases prior to production use.
