Job summary

CHRISTUS Health in Irving, Texas, seeks a Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst I to support operation of clinical information systems across our large, multi-regional health system. You will collaborate with clinicians and IT staff to optimize workflows, configure applications, and ensure up-to-date functionality for the electronic medical record.

Responsibilities include incident, change and problem management per ITIL, assisting with upgrades and new releases, and providing end-user support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of clinical/technical application experience in lieu of degree.
• 1–3 years of clinical information systems experience preferred.
• Epic certification or accreditation preferred (may be required within 90 days).
• Strong communication and documentation skills; able to work independently and in a team.
