Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst I to support clinical information systems across our multi-regional network. You will assist in operation, testing, and maintenance of applications, collaborating with clinicians and IT staff to improve workflows and patient safety.

The role involves incident, change and problem management using ITIL processes, end-user support for upgrades and new releases, and strong communication to drive standard practices.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of clinical information systems and clinical informatics.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, implement, support, and maintain assigned clinical applications, solutions and business processes to meet operational and technical requirements.
• Provide on-going end user clinical information systems support with all upgrades, new releases and enhanced functionality.
• Troubleshoot and/or resolve application issues and elevate more complex issues as appropriate.
