Job summary

CHRISTUS Health seeks a Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst I to support clinical information systems across a large healthcare system. You’ll collaborate with clinical and technical teams to optimize workflows, manage incidents, changes, and problems, and maintain system functionality for an on-site team in Texas.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in clinical information systems, Epic certification preferred, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of clinical/technical application experience in lieu of degree, strongly preferred.
• Preferred 1-3 years previous clinical information systems experience or equivalent.
• Epic certification/accreditation preferred (may be required to certify).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clinical Informatics colleagues to drive strategic goals and vision.
• Develop, test, implement, support, and maintain clinical applications and processes.
• Provide ongoing end user support with upgrades, new releases, and enhanced functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve clinical information systems issues and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with ministries to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.
