Job summary

CHRISTUS Health seeks a Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst I to support operation and administration of clinical information systems across a large multi-regional system. You will collaborate with clinical and technical colleagues to enhance workflows and tools, and provide incident, change and problem management per ITIL processes.

The role requires strong healthcare knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while supporting upgrades, new releases

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of clinical/technical application experience in lieu of degree, strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years previous clinical information systems experience or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License; Epic certification/accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operation and administration of clinical information systems for a large, multi-regional healthcare system.
• Provide incident, change and problem management support per ITIL processes.
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to optimize workflow and end-user experience.
• Develop, test, implement and maintain clinical applications and related business processes.
• Communicate changes and downtime procedures to clinical end users; support upgrades and new functionality.
