Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks a Clinical Sales Representative to promote SPY fluorescence imaging in Birmingham and Huntsville hospitals. You will educate surgeons, OR staff, and administrators, driving clinical adoption and procedure volumes for a first-in-class imaging system.

The role requires 1–5 years of medical sales experience, a bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel >50%. You will partner with Core Endoscopy sales reps and support trade shows and clinical meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of selling experience with a proven record
• Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Excellent clinical selling skills and ability to build credibility with surgeons, OR staff and hospital administration
• Travel required depending upon territory coverage requirements (>50%)

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells SPY fluorescence imaging system's customer base in hospitals to achieve sales goals
• Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of SPY technology across multiple surgeon specialties
• Become a clinical expert across all imaging platforms, procedures, industry trends and competitive landscape
• Directs product evaluations in OR and office settings
• Develop strong relationships with the Core Endoscopy Sales Representatives in assigned region and collaborate with them
